Cylinder block: high strength alloy cast iron, with good rigidity, small vibration and low noise.
Cylinder Head: Four valves per cylinder are designed to optimize air/fuel mixing ratio to effectively improve combustion and emissions; one head per cylinder is convenient for maintenance.
Camshaft: single camshaft can accurately control valve and injection timing, cam profile can reduce impact force, improve reliability and durability.
Crankshaft: Integral crankshaft made of high strength forged steel, induction quenching process of fillet and journal can ensure higher fatigue strength of crankshaft.
Piston: With the latest casting technology of aluminium alloy, the design of_-shaped head and barrel skirt can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction, and ensure good coordination.
