Korean Daewoo Generator Set Product Series Description:
Daewoo series diesel generator set launched by Daewoo Heavy Industries of Korea has a high performance-price ratio. The products meet the following standards: GB/T 2820, GB1105, YD/T 502, ISO8525-3, ISO3046, ISO8525 and other national and international standards. The exhaust gas meets the EPA and CARB standards of the United States.
Its products have always represented the development level of Korean machinery industry, and have created recognized achievements in diesel engine, excavator, vehicle, automatic machine tool, robot and other fields; in diesel engine, in 1958, it cooperated with Australia to produce marine engines; in 1975, it cooperated with German MAN company to launch a series of heavy-duty diesel engines; in 1990, it established European Daewoo Factory, which was completed in 1994. Li Dayu Heavy Industries Yantai Co., Ltd. and the United States Dayu Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. were established in 1996.

Daewoo Diesel Engine Characteristics:
1. Integral crankshaft, gantry block, flat-cut connecting rod, short piston, compact and reasonable shape, complete with strong adaptability oil machine exchanged;
2. A new type of retracted combustor is used to increase injection pressure and improve combustion process, so as to meet the environmental protection targets: the emission value of exhaust pollutants meets the requirements of JB8891-1999, and the noise meets the requirements of GB14097-1999.
3. Optimum design of lubrication and cooling system, reducing the number of external pipes and components, and using the whole brushless alternator to greatly improve the three leaks and greatly enhance the reliability.
4. Using J98 and J114b exhaust gas turbochargers to match, it has strong plateau working ability. When it is used in plateau area with altitude of 5000m, the power decreases by less than 3%.
5. By adopting new exhaust ejector with high vacuum, air filter with three-stage swirling German paper filter core and low temperature ceramic piston ring, diesel engine can be used in desert or high dust area without early wear and tear.
